As we finish up the year, we wanted to take a step back and look at everything we’ve accomplished so far. Before we jump into 2025, let’s take a look at the most memorable moments of 2024 and what we achieved together.
We are very proud of all the growth we’ve seen this year and continue to find new ways to better serve our clients. As of the end of October, we closed 42 deals. We deeply appreciate all the clients we’ve had the pleasure of working with and can’t wait to continue helping them achieve their real estate goals in 2025.
We’re also very excited about all the amazing content we’ve been able to share with our growing audience. This year, we published 52 videos—one per week. The consistency has paid off, and we’ve grown our YouTube channel to over 40,000 subscribers. But we can’t take all the credit—it wouldn’t have been possible without our loyal watchers tuning in every week.
We wanted to highlight a few high-performing pieces of content that helped fuel our growth.
Our best-performing blog was Air Rights: EXPLAINED: Everything You Need to Know, a comprehensive guide to purchasing the rights to the air space above a property. Our most popular YouTube video was 10+ Reasons I Love New York City, which got over 22,000 views!
Each piece of content we’ve published this year has helped develop our online community and gotten us closer to our goal of providing new and existing customers with high-quality entertainment and helpful resources.

We also celebrated some major wins among our core team. We added a new team member when Sheldon joined Undivided in January 2024.
With over 20 years of experience, Sheldon brings a wealth of knowledge and a robust work ethic that has made him an integral part of the company.
In addition to serving as our operations manager, Jessica also passed her real estate licensing exam and continues to utilize her strong management skills to keep the team moving forward.
Mukul was selected to join the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, an initiative designed to help small business owners advocate for policy changes that will better support their organizations, employees, and communities.
We are so grateful for all the strides we’ve made this year and look forward to keeping the momentum going into the new year.
We’ve accomplished some amazing things this year but we couldn’t have done it without the wonderful clients who make it all possible. In total, Mukul went on 326 showings with the most taking place in the month of April.
We were fortunate enough to receive seven reviews in the past year - all five stars! We got the chance to spend some quality time with our clients during our Modern Affair sailing trip, while enjoying a relaxing day on the water.
Mukul was invited to speak at the AREAA Real Estate Conference alongside several notable developers. We’ve been very lucky to have worked with some amazing people and remain committed to maintaining strong and authentic relationships with clients.
Zooming out a bit, let’s take a look at a few industry highlights in 2024. The Federal reserve cut interest rates earlier this year, which means more people will have access to capital, likely leading to an increase in sales in 2025.
The biggest real estate deal in NYC was the sale of a $135 MILLION penthouse at the Aman New York Hotel on 5th Avenue. The 12,500-square-foot, five-story unit is just 1 of 22 residences in the historic building on Billionaire’s Row.
All in all, 2024 has been an amazing year full of opportunities and highlights. We’ve celebrated some major wins and learned important lessons and are excited for what 2025 has to offer.
